The living room has leather sofas, ceiling fan, a TV and VCR and has direct access to the pool deck and covered lanai. The pool deck has a very nice outlook and is relatively private and benefits from having an outside shower. There is also a covered lanai with ceiling light and the patio furniture consists of a round table, 7 chairs (4 tubular with cushions) and 4 loungers. Situated just off Highway 192 in Kissimmee, Rolling Hills is just a few minutes drive from dining, shopping and all the major attractions. The setting of the majestic Rolling Hills, adds to the charm of this residence. Rolling Hills is a prestigious and peaceful residential area just off Highway 192 and is within 1.5 miles of Formosa Gardens Village, which offers a complete array of retail stores, supermarkets and restaurants, as well as a walk-in clinic and tourist information centre. Other major attractions including Universal studios, Sea World and International Drive are also nearby.
