The hotel is located on a quiet street in the peaceful town of San Teodoro, 300 metres from La Cinta beach. Olbia is 30 km away and Palau, from where guests can catch ferry rides to the Maddalena Archipelago, is a 1-hour drive from the hotel. The residence offers self-catering accommodations housed within two adjacent buildings. All of the lovely apartments are contemporarily furnished in Mediterranean style. They feature one or two separate bedrooms, a tiled private bathroom with a washing machine and a living-room with a fireplace and a TV set. A fully equipped kitchenette is also provided in each unit. Ground-floor apartments open to a patio with a garden, while unites on the upper floor enjoy a furnished balcony or terrace with lovely views of the area.
